We do not collect any special categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

How we use your personal information

We use information held about you in a number of ways in the provision of our services as follows:

· to administer and protect our business and website, including troubleshooting, auditing and monitoring its use

· data analysis, system maintenance and support and survey processes

· to register new customers of our business who have signed up to or contacted us via our website

If you receive marketing communications from us and no longer wish to do so you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at info@cbw-algarve.com

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal information with any company outside of CBW Algarve for marketing purposes.

You may receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased goods from us, and in each case, you have opted in to receive that marketing.

Where you opt out of receiving our marketing messages, this will not apply to personal information provided to us as a result of a product purchase, product experience or other transaction.

Change of purpose

We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

How we protect your personal information

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal information breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep your personal information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.
